Garapine offers outdoor education camps for schools, community groups and sporting clubs in a natural bush setting. We offer a range of outdoor education programs or groups can hire the venue for their own needs. Located in the Mary Valley, just 2 hours north of Brisbane and only 15 minutes south of Gympie, the property borders the Mary River and sits high on a hill overlooking the Mary Valley.
The facilities include three dormitory style accommodation buildings, a multipurpose indoor hall, large undercover concrete area and of course plenty of outdoor spaces. A range of activities are available including a giant swing, high ropes course, kayaking, bush walking, archery and even mountain bike riding.
Garapine Mountain Bike Park
Garapine is home to seven competition grade Gravity Enduro mountain bike trails. As we are also an outdoor education centre, the park is not open all the time for riding. Come to one of our scheduled “ride days” or contact us to book our private shuttle service. Group accommodation is also available in our bunk-rooms – get some mates together for a weekend of riding.
