Cooroy

The Heart of Noosa Hinterland, Cooroy is a charming country town with a big heart and a lot to do and see.

For nature lovers, Cooroy is home to several of the Noosa Trail networks, the Noosa Botanic Gardens and Lake MacDonald. In August you can take the once a year opportunity to climb Cooroy Mountain at the Cooroy Mountain Spring Festival.
The town is saturated in cultural and heritage experiences with community artworks incorporated throughout the streets, art exhibitions and workshops at the Butter Factory Arts Centre and the Cooroy Mill Site with its interesting heritage buildings from the milling era and woodworking clubs.
