The Majestic Theatre is located in the heart of the Noosa Hinterland in the small historic town of Pomona. The Majestic Theatre is a not for profit, community run theatre and cinema that has been in operation for 100 years as both a community hall and a silent film theatre. The Majestic offers facilities for live events, functions, fundraisers, private silent film screenings and much more!

Special Screenings of silent films with our resident organist Ron West is a unique authentic experience available for your organisation. These screenings can involve historic tours of our venue. We also do general screenings of Silent Films every Saturday at 12noon. No booking is required for the general viewings. You can get your ticket at the door.
